All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake up in the day to find it was vanity, but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.”
- T. E. Lawrence

Waiting, Sitting, Thinking

So I ordered a juicy “Quarter Pounder” from McDonaldsnopickles, EXTRA cheese nom nom nom. As I was waiting for the delivery I sit back and took some time to think about myself! Im just a regular guy who just cant quite figure out who I am and what makes me different from others. Sadly I still dont know whats hidden in me and what makes me unique, maybe thats because of the void within me, apart from the tangled swirly emotions and dreams in my head and I cant fix it. Or perhaps I like it that way.
I like my imagination to go wild and let it loose like it takes me to a higher conciousness. I like being mysterious. I dont like people to expect things from me, because I dont want to let down people that I care for. I dont like people to love me for who they want me to be. Id rather be hated for who I am. I often find myself as a daydreamer. I cant pay attention in a lecture for more than 5mins. Im not just a day dreamer. I like dreaming asleep too. Im talking about having weird, surreal dreams, as if I was actually living in the dream.
Ding Dong! my burger is here, and guess what, they put shit loads of pickles

Modern Self Portraits

I have been doing some research on self portraits mainly on modern self portraits and I came across an 18 year old photographer by the name Alex Stoddard. I believe this teen photographer knows how to express himself and I find his self portraits very unique.

Individuality

Individuality is the character and the qualities of an individual that distinguishes one from the rest of it’s kind. It can be a Honey badger, Sausage or a burger (taste of the burger is it’s individuality!) or any other. What my puny little brain is trying to say is, “each and every thing has its own individuality which makes it unique”.
Do we ever make time to think about who we are? and how are we different from others? well I dont. Right! we dont have time for that, too busy finishing our work-load for our boss or our lecturer. Everyone is like a programmed machine that wakes up sharp at 6:00 AM and goes to work in a cubicle. This is not the life that I want, make a stand and dont be afraid to do something different! something bizarre!         Famous Artists are creative, thats right being creative is    part of my life. Im not sure if I am an artist or a designer. Two different things. Its a dream of every designer to be an artist however artists have their own individuality. Artists often resemble themselves by a self portrait. All these self portraits have a meaning behind it which cant be explained by words but each can interpret art and music in different ways.
